Yoga at Studio3

Yoga began as a meditation practice that evolved into a physical practice of various postures called asanas. Studio3’s focus is to approach the postures mindfully. The studio offers a non- judgmental space in which to develop a solid practice with detailed cueing and a strong emphasis on anatomical awareness and alignment. The challenge in practicing yoga comes with the intensity of focus required to be both physically and mentally present, no matter what your level of expertise.

Classes will always include relaxation, breathing techniques, and a variety of postures to increase flexibility, strength, balance and concentration all of which leads to better self- awareness which is ultimately the key to personal change. Each class will conclude with a simple meditation to finish the hour with tranquility.
