This invigorating, full body class combines training intervals with functional, upright movement patterns. Using various pieces of the Pilates equipment including the Reformer and V2 Max, you will build endurance, increase your coordination and strengthen your balance while having fun.

Those who have done at least 3-5 Pilates group classes or private sessions on the equipment

Core Conditioning on Reformer & Cadillac

Through a series of dynamic Pilates exercises that are taught on both the Reformer and Cadillac, this is a great, full body workout to strength, tone and progress your workout. This 60 minutes class will challenge you with complex yet functional movement patterns that target overall optimal strength and mobility.

Ideal for

Those who have done at least 3-5 group Pilates classes or equivalent in private training.
