What I’m looking for in a Pilates Workout/My goals in choosing Pilates (please check all that apply and elaborate if necessary)

Rehabilitation of a specific injury.

An exercise program designed for a specific condition.

A solid, well paced workout that will tone, strengthen and challenge. This will be a primary workout in my weekly routine.

A complementary workout that will increase flexibility, improve my postural endurance and functional movement patterns. I will add this in to my current weekly routine.
