Re: Charge Pilates

In this intermediate level Pilates class, you’ll be challenged by a steady paced workout that integrates both Mat and Reformer programming.

Building on level 2 class programming, Re: Charge will provide each participant with a great workout that will increase your stamina, strength, flexibility and body awareness.

Join us for this popular class that will recharge your strength, endurance and move you through fun and challenging movement patterns.

Those who have done at least 3-5 Studio3 Level 2 classes.

Endurance Pilates

Push yourself to the next level. Move through full sequence patterns at a pace that encourages endurance, focus, stamina and strength. Focusing on form and technique, this intermediate/advanced class is a more challenging and intense workout for Pilates enthusiasts.

Ideal for

Those who have done at least 8-10 Studio3 Level 2 Studio3 classes or equivalent.

Balance Pilates

This intermediate level class will progress your workout with a variety of movement patterns on the reformer and mat that focus on coordination and balance. Join us for this one hour class and be challenged by it’s intensity and attention to bringing your deeper into your core connection.

Ideal for

Those who have completed at least 8-10 beginner Studio3 classes or equivalent.
