Why I love to teach
What I love the most about teaching Pilates is when I notice that I’m making a difference in someone’s day to day activities and improving their quality of life, because chronic pain and discomfort are disappearing. Passing on knowledge and educating my clients about movement and their bodies is also one of the best parts of teaching Pilates.
